Directions:

From Muskegon - US-31 North to M-120. M-120 North to M-82 East. Take M-82 (48th Street) East about 5 miles to Sullivan Street in Fremont. Go South on Sullivan two blocks to Gerber Memorial Hospital.

From Ludington - US-31 South to M-20 East (Hesperia). Take M-120 (Maple Island) South to M-82 East. Take M-82 (48th Street) East about 5 miles to Sullivan Street in Fremont. Go South on Sullivan two blocks to Gerber Memorial Hospital.

From Baldwin - M-37 South to 40th Street West (sign to Fremont). About 11 miles to Sullivan Street in Fremont (40th turns into 48th Street.) Go South on Sullivan two blocks to Gerber Memorial Hospital.

From Grand Rapids - US-131 North to M-82 West. In Newaygo take M-37 North toward White Cloud. Go West at 40th Street, about 11 miles to Sullivan Street in Fremont. Go South on Sullivan two blocks to Gerber Memorial Hospital.
