Life Wellness

The Life Wellness program can be your personal path for a lifetime of health and fitness. It is designed with you and your family's special needs in mind. Life Wellness can help you learn more about how you can attain and maintain wellness in your life!

This exercise program is offered through Gerber Memorial Health Services. Each facility has aerobic machines, weight machines, and free weights. The White Cloud clinic also has a racquetball court and a sauna.

Wellness means that you have the capacity to do and enjoy those things that you want in life with ease and comfort. It incorporates spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.
