Patient Billing

Patient Billing is located in the Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial Main Street Internal Medicine and Pediatrics office at 204 W. Main Street in Fremont. Entrance to this department is off Main Street with parking for Patient Billing customers to the west of the building, off Main Street. Additional parking is available behind the building (on the South side) then please walk to the front of the building for access to the Patient Billing department.

A Few Suggestions
A few suggestions that will help you to get your claims paid are:

Have copies of your updated Insurance cards with you when you register for services.
If you have an HMO, make sure your services are authorized with your primary care physician before you are seen.
Give complete demographic information to registration so the biller may contact you if there are any questions.
If you need to come into our billing department to resolve a problem, be sure to bring copies of the items in question.

Our billing department will work with you to get your insurance to pay your claims.
