Diabetes Center

The Diabetes Center offers an outpatient diabetes self-management education program. This is a comprehensive program, which provides patients an opportunity to acquire the skills required to control their diabetes and prevent the associated complications.

Educational services are also offered at our Main Street Internal Medicine and Pediatrics location on Main Street in Fremont, and at our Hesperia Medical Center in Hesperia.
